It is also apparent that folk of non white backgrounds see through the crap and are not afraid to say so, and indeed they have become some of our best advocates.
It seems to me that the white Brits are still far too polite, tolerant and considerate and afraid to speak out - but seeing the prison sentences now being handed out perhaps this fear is even more justified ? The reality of different treatment for favoured groups compared to unfavoured groups in our society is very, very apparent today.
I greatly object to be put down just because I am white. This is the most overt racism.
I have no guilt about treatment of other races. All the past generations of my family have been poor and many lived in poverty and are buried in unmarked graves, indeed some in foreign fields killed in the cause of freedom.
I object to this woke oppression of my people in my own native country.
