Happy Momus Day !
Happy Momus Day to all. Yes, it is that time of the year. Crank open your champagnes and take an unofficial bank holiday. I am 40 years old. Really can’t believe it. How did this even happen.
There are a lot of self reflections and internal monologue moments for me, but for now I share some thoughts:

I remember being 40. I thought I was old.
That was thirty years ago and my youngest son is now that age.....
Time goes so fast. One of the best things I was ever told was "Life is not a rehearsal" . Don't waste it.
Touching on what you said about disagreements become so passionate this is something I regard more as a thing of recent years.
It is because I think we feel our backs against the wall and see all around us the reversal of right and wrong, good and evil.
We see our society going down and there are so many bad faith actors we feel we must oppose. It is not mere politics it is more deep than that.
Isiah 5. 20. comes to mind.
