Happy New Year ! Bring on 2026 !
Happy New Year, everyone. What an up and down year it has been, although, I don’t think there hasn’t been a non up and down left and right weird as fuck year for the past years. I don’t even know if its getting better or worse, but I have to hope that it is going to get better. So, here is me hoping that 2026 will be better in all sense possible.
I don’t have much to say, I recorded something, and just now seen that the mic was off. There is just video of me with no audio. Brilliant. But maybe for the better anyway.
All I can hope for in the coming year is for our better senses to prevail over are more extremist and anti-human senses on all sides of the political and social spectrum. I hope this will be the year when we start rediscovering our route of humanity. Or maybe not.
Take some time out. Possible every week. At least one day. Take a day off from social media outrage manic. Take a day off every week and not only you will feel better for it but it might result in everyone feeling better. Stop chasing the social media dollars because that is not leading anywhere good. So, yes. That would be my advise to all of you going into 2026. Make this your new year’s resolution. That every week, you will at least take one day off from engaging in or contributing to the outrage output. You don’t even have to be off social media but just don’t engage in negative way. No matter what is going on in the world. Reclaim your humanity. Do not let the bad faith actors force you to become the worse version of yourself.
Should auld acquaintance be forgot, And never brought to mind? Should auld acquaintance be forgot, And auld lang syne! For auld lang syne, my dear, For auld lang syne. We’ll tak a cup o’ kindness yet, For auld lang syne. And surely ye’ll be your pint stowp! And surely I’ll be mine! And we’ll tak a cup o’ kindness yet, For auld lang syne. We twa hae run about the braes, And pou’d the gowans fine; But we’ve wander’d mony a weary fit, Sin’ auld lang syne. We twa hae paidl’d in the burn, Frae morning sun till dine; But seas between us braid hae roar’d Sin’ auld lang syne. And there’s a hand, my trusty fere! And gie’s a hand o’ thine! And we’ll tak a right gude-willie waught, For auld lang syne. For auld lang syne, my dear, For auld lang syne. We’ll tak a cup o’ kindness yet, For auld lang syne.
