Covid.
I was one who watched the daily covid briefings and in my mid 60s at that time decided to self isolate and stop working
I saw the daily death toll rising. I was told older people were more vulnerable.
Hospitals were full and nurses run off their feet.
And now I am told it was nothing but a bad cold and that lock downs were part of a state plot to take away our rights.
(Well I can say that self isolating kept me from even getting 'just a cold' for two years )
I can also say that I know of people who did die from covid but since they were old so what?
So obviously I am a gullible idiot.
At least I am not pretending to be wise after the event .
One thing those daily TV covid briefings did teach me.
That politicians don't have a clue but also that even Doctors couldn't agree either.
Now I just distrust everyone in Authority.
I hate ALL politicians.
And as for Farage he is doing his usual thing. Taking over as skipper of a ship with a cargo full of desperate hope -and then steering it onto the rocks.
He did it with UKIP and effectively did it with Brexit.
He seems to be committing political suicide and alienating his support base.
