Well it is interesting to see a translation of things being actually being said in a foreign language on the streets of Britain.

This ability to communicate in a tongue unintelligible to the native population is an insidious advantage.

Our Public Order law makes Abusive, insulting and threatening language or behaviour an offence where it causes alarm harassment and distress.

"Language "?

So a swear word, abuse, insult or a threat in ANY language should fall into this Public Order offence - or is it just only if spoken in a language the police officer understands?

Peter Lynch got arrested for his words.

The same law also governs "signs, writing and visible representations"

In what language? Think now of Hizb ut Tahrir and that Isis flag when jihad was shouted and the call to raise Muslim armies.

It seems that the Law as written years ago cannot cope with the introduction foreign nationals in their millions.

The only folk that are going to be arrested are those speaking English.

Result ?

Two tier policing.
